Built Through Craft
Vescartes lives where art meets clothing, with craftsmanship acting as the bridge between both worlds. Every piece is built as a complete object, where artwork, fabric, and construction are all planned together.
Some designs carry embroidery over one million stitches strong, which means longer development time and special production methods. Techniques are picked based on what fits the design best, not what saves time. Collections come together as complete bodies of work, shaped by real cultural references and specific historical periods.
Perspective
Every release is built around a clear theme. Past collections have pulled from Edo period Japanese art, Renaissance art, botanical studies, football culture, and Middle Eastern ornamentation.
Themes shape not just the look but also fabric choices, embroidery techniques, and how each garment is made. References are revisited and sharpened over time instead of being treated as one-off statements.
In House Designs
All design work happens internally, from the first sketch to the final sample. Garment development gives equal importance to construction, finish, and fit.
Fabrics and trims are chosen for durability and long-term wear. Measurements are checked and adjusted at every stage to keep fits consistent across all silhouettes. Production stays limited so we can maintain full oversight and control.
Presence
Vescartes has shown its collections through digital platforms and pop-up retail spaces, giving people a chance to experience the work in person with focus on material, construction, and detail.
The brand has been featured in publications like Vogue and GQ. Along with its online presence, physical formats are still explored as part of how the brand keeps growing.
