1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, underwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page before purchasing.
2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Pack Your Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the package.
Shipping Your Return: You need to send the item back to us. We suggest utilizing a delivery provider that lets you track your package.

5. EXCHANGES
We don’t do direct trades. Send back the item to receive a full refund. If you want a different size or colour, please place another order.
